The story behind the system

Built by a coach who had to become an operator.

Impact OS was not invented as a software idea. It grew from more than 13 years of solving the daily problems that appear when a performance facility has to sell, coach, lead, retain, and grow at the same time.

The system came from doing the work.

Chris was a three-sport high school athlete who became a collegiate baseball player. He did not grow up with every modern training resource, so he learned to be resourceful, study what worked, and ask why.

He dedicated his college education and early coaching career to understanding the science behind athletic development. Then the deeper education began: building Impact Performance, coaching athletes and adults, selling memberships, creating programs, hiring staff, managing leads, improving retention, and turning standards into systems other people could execute.

Impact OS is the result of putting those lessons into one connected operating infrastructure for owners who are building their own respected local brand.

The point of view

“Independent gym owners should not have to choose between keeping the brand they built and gaining the operating infrastructure they need.”

Build with systems

Keep your brand. Stop building every system alone.

Tell us about the gym you have—or the one you are preparing to open. Applying begins a conversation and does not charge you or commit you to anything.
